‘Miley’s ex Justin Gaston uploaded a new YouTube video on August 1st of him singing John Mayer’s ‘Comfortable’. Before playing the song he said, “What’s up? My name is Justin Gaston and I’m really bored on a Saturday night here in Nashville, so I decided to play [for] whoever’s going to listen to this song. Though fame has many perks, one of the downfalls is having crazed stalker fans.  And thankfully Miley Cyrus’ stalker was apprehended in Georgia this week. Mark McLeod, a 53-year-old fan of the Disney darling, was arrested near Savannah, Georgia a few weeks after police asked him to keep his distance from the “Last Song” movie set.

Back in June, McLeod was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction after he tried to breach the security perimeter around the set.  At the time, he told the authorities that he was secretly engaged to marry Miley. And it sounds like Mark may be in jail for awhile, as his police records don’t list any attorney.  At least Miley will be safe to keep doing what she does best- entertaining.

You might not be a rock star, but Miley Cyrus is about to give you the chance to tour like one — at least for a day — and raid her closet while you’re at it. The teen star is partnering up with eBay in an online auction that gives one fan and three of her friends the chance to hit the road with the teen star, and be her “roadie for a day,” going behind-the-scenes at one of her upcoming concerts and hanging out backstage. Miley is also cleaning out her closet and auctioning off some of her favorite outfits — including this Theory dress that she wore to the Bolt premiere last November. All proceeds from the auctions will benefit the Pappy Cyrus Family Foundation, the Cyrus family’s personal charity that was founded last year in honor of her granddad to help kids in need.
