Hannah Montana costar Ryan Newman dished to J-14 about Miley Cyrus, who was recently voted the Worst Celebrity Influence over Lindsay Lohan. Ryan said: ‘She was so sweet and really welcoming. She was as nice as can be to me, so I have nothing bad to say about her. She’s just made some bad decisions.’
