MILEY Cyrus has her foot on the property ladder!  The Hannah Montana star, 17, has just picked up the keys to her $3.4 million dream home — which is located just a few doors away from her parents’ house. Miley’s Spanish style Hacienda home — which was purchased a year ago and has undergone extensive renovations — is 4,045 sq feet in size and has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms plus a tennis court and pool. There is a formal dining room with French doors that open to the yard, a wood-paneled study, and a state-of-the-art kitchen with a center island, granite counter tops, several sky lights, and a menu planning area.

Miley also installed a new recording studio in the property which has a detached guest house with two bedrooms, a living room and wet bar.

miley couldn’t make it to the premiere as all of the UK air space had been shut down due to the ash cloud so she recorded a message for us.

Miley Cyrus is unable to attend the premiere of new film The Last Song due to the current volcano ash crisis which has seen a ban on UK air space increase. The Climb singer and her co-star boyfriend Liam Hemsworth were expected to debut the movie at the Empire Cinema in London’s Leicester Square tomorrow but due to the eruption of Iceland’s Eyjafjallajökull volcano, Miley will be unable to fly to Britain.

Even though the ash has prevented the Hannah Montana actress from leaving the US, ticket holders for the event will still be able to attend tomorrow’s screening of the film, being held to raise money for the Great Ormond Street Children’s charity.

The eruption of the volcano has meant that inbound and outbound flights have been cancelled for a fifth day as the ash cloud continues to descend over the UK.

It looks set to cause to disruption to forthcoming London premiere’s including Demi Moore’s latest flick The Joneses and Iron Man 2 which are scheduled for the beginning of next week.
