Hottie Miley Cyrus has been offered a lucrative seven-figure contract to slide into a pair of Guess Jeans for an ad campaign promoting the denim brand’s trendy collection. “Miley was offered more than $1 million by Guess Jeans to model in magazine ads and on billboards and do some in-store appearances,” a fashion maven close to the discussions reveals in the Sept. 7 issue of Star.

This summer, Miley unveiled designs for her joint fashion venture with BCBG designer Max Azria, nonetheless, the Hannah Montana actress is considering grabbing the Guess gig — as long as she can find time in her schedule. “She’s busy now, but she might do it if she finds the time,” says the insider.

She’s gearing up for her new tour starting next month, and this morning (August 28) Miley Cyrus had a warm-up performance on the “Today” show. The Disney darling was looking fine as she took the stage for a few numbers, whipping the crowd into a frenzy with her singing and dance moves.  Miss Cyrus arrived in New York City last night and had dinner with a friend before retiring to her hotel room to get some rest.

Prior to that, Miley caught a flight from Van Nuys Airport out on the West Coast after a family-filled day in LA.

She’s no stranger to a crazy travel schedule, and last night (August 27/28) Miley Cyrus was spotted out and about in New York City after having arrived on a flight from Van Nuys, California. The “Hannah Montana” hottie looked a bit tuckered out as she headed back to her Midtown Manhattan hotel after having a late dinner with a friend.

Earlier in the day, back on the West Coast, Miley enjoyed a delicious pick-me-up on a trip to the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf with her brother Braison. And Miss Cyrus will be kicking off her new tour on September 15th in Portland, Oregon so get your tickets ASAP.

Honestly there are so many times when I get so frustrated and just want to give up music. Its so hard to see people that don’t genuinely love the ART of music release songs that don’t mean anything and people listen to them. My heart also aches for the people out there with so much talent and are selling out and just producing the music they are told to. I am so grateful for the success “Party in the USA” has had but that is not who I am. I needed a song that would be good inspiration for the clothing line and no doubt it is a great summer party song! But there is so much more to me than what has been heard. There is a song on the new EP called “Obsessed” and “When I look at you” and THAT is the type of music I am proud of! There is also a song on there called Talk is cheap and Kicking and screaming that I am so excited for you all to hear. I’m so stoked about this album coming out because it is a good transition into my next record. The one that will be ALL me. The one that will inspire and hopefully change lives. I want to be seen as more than this disney artist. I love doing HM and no pun intended I really do have the best of both worlds. Before Hannah Montana and High School Musical music really wasn’t incorporated to the channel and I am so thankful to be apart of that beautiful addition. But I am ready to take a step back from everything and make the record I believe in 100 percent! Thank you for always supporting me. My Mileyworld fans are THE best in the entire world. I love you guys so much. You truly are what gets me out of bed each day YOU ARE HEROS!
