She’s always up to something, and earlier today (August 26) Miley Cyrus was spotted at a studio in Burbank with her mother Tish and bodyguard. The “Hannah Montana” hottie looked like she was ready for action as she geared up to rehearse for her upcoming tour.  Last night, Miss Cyrus dined out with her sister Brandi and some friends.  She tweeted, “Had an awesome dinner with Kesha, Luke, and Brandi!  I love being with people who love music as much as I do.”

Meanwhile, Miley’s dad Billy Ray recently chatted about his role in his pop star daughter’s life.  “I just take it one step at a time and do the best I can. My dad was to me what I try to be to Miley, which is somewhat of a best friend. I try my best to be a good daddy and if she wants to talk about business or music I try my best to be a good manager. I try to be all of those things because that’s what my dad was to me.”
