Enjoying a beautiful evening in Studio City, California, Miley Cyrus was spotted grabbing some grub at City Wok restaurant last night (September 21). The “7 Things” songstress flashed a quick smile to the shutterbugs as she made her exit, despite the fact that she’s not a fan of the paparazzi anymore.  Miss Cyrus recently tweeted to the effect that she’s tired of the constant presence of photographers around her wherever she goes.

Miley wrote, “Being a paparazzi is the most DISGUSTING job imaginable.  Being followed around by creepy photographers is NOT in the job description!  YOU try being stuck inside cuz creepers are waiting for u.”

Don’t forget that tonight if the airing of the never before seen Hannah Montana episode “Uptight (Oliver’s Alright)” episode, which deals with Oliver’s diabetes. Here’s a preview of tonight’s episode.  When Miley (Miley Cyrus)and Lilly (Emily Osment) learn that Oliver (Mitchel Musso) has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, the misguided pair become the “food police” at Traci’s Sweet 16 party.  After a very strange evening, Oliver puts an end to their meddling ways and misconceptions and they ultimately learn that, with the support of their friends, they can navigate any challenge, in a new episode of “Hannah Montana” premiering SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20 (7:30 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

Guest starring are Rebecca Creskoff as the school nurse, Romi Dames as Traci, Shanica Knowles as Amber and Anna Maria Perez de Tagle as Ashley.

Stepping out for red carpet duties in the Big Apple, Miley Cyrus was on hand for the VH1 Divas show at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York City on Thursday evening (September 17). Posing solo before joining up with Sheryl Crow, the “Hannah Montana” starlet is slated to perform alongside the 47-year-old American singer-songwriter during the course of the night’s festivities. 

With Paula Abdul acting as host, other scheduled performers include Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Clarkson, Leona Lewis and Jordin Sparks, among others. Talking with press about the fun-filled concert, Miley said, “To be a diva, you have to pay your dues, but you don’t have to be older to have paid dues.”
