It seems that someone needs to do a little more of their homework when it comes to arresting a stalker. I told you yesterday about Mark McLeod’s arrest on the set of Miley’s movie “The Last Song”. He was saying some inappropriate comments to the fan standing around. When police tried to remove him from the scene, he wouldn’t go.

Anyway, he was released a day after his arrest due to overcrowding in the jail. Disney had already warned the LAPD about this man being a stalker but the police in Georgia knew nothing about him. They were unaware that a court ordered had been issued against this man, stating that he had to stay away from Miley Cyrus.

“If we had heard something about this guy supposedly being a stalker … he wouldn’t have been released,” said Sheriff Al St. Lawrence.

So now, this guy is walking around the streets and he is obviously delusional. Scary.
