From @maddie5218: I was driving my friend somewhere and saw Miley walking with a friend. We ended up trying to go into a store but it was locked because Miley was in there so we just stood outside for like 2 minutes and she and her 3 friends ended up coming out and we asked for a picture real quick and she said sure and we took the picture, thanked her and left.
It’s kind of an unwritten rule in Nashville that if you see a celebrity you don’t ask them for a picture, so we didn’t want to make a scene or anything and just went on our way afterwards. She was really nice though! And contrary to what people are saying, the two separate times I saw her, Liam was not there. It was just her and friends.
