Miley recently teamed up with Sean Penn’s Help Haiti Home initiative. The Help Haiti Home initiative was launched to raise funds that will help the 23,000 displaced Haitians currently living in the J/P HRO managed Petionville Camp tent city return to the neighborhoods they lived in before the earthquake. If you donate $22 or more, you could win the photo Miley signed in the video above! Go to CrowdRise.com/Haiti to donate!

Petionville Camp is a city of make-shift, mud-floored shelters made of tarp, sticks and twine in the center of Port-au-Prince in Haiti. It is the temporary home to 23,000 displaced people from the 2010 Haiti earthquake. The neighborhoods these people lived in before the earthquake border the edges of the camp; they are so close to their former homes and yet remain homeless. With little to no means, they cannot afford what for us would be relatively minor investments and risks necessary to get their families out of the mud and back to their home. J/P HRO works to make living conditions in the camp better like providing medical care, schooling for children and community programs. But JPHRO’s main objective is to help these people get home.
