She’s always up to something, and last night (August 30) Miley Cyrus was spotted out to dinner at a Los Angeles-area steakhouse. The Disney darling was joined by John Travolta’s wife Kelly Preston, who she will be working with on a new movie called “The Last Song” in the months ahead.

Earlier in the day Miss Cyrus treated herself to a personal pampering session at a local hair salon, giving her coif a little extra boost. And Miley looked top-notch as usual, sporting a red plaid button-up top over a grey shirt with a white skirt and grey leather boots.
