Miley Cyrus still has a month until she turns the big 19, but that didn’t stop the singer from purchasing herself an early birthday present! She officially turns 19 on November 23.

Cyrus tweeted:

Just got myself an early b-day present how cute is this little black diamond “L” necklace! Reminds me of my boo

She also included a picture of the adorable “L” necklace. It seems that she may have chosen the “L” in honor of her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth. The two have been dating on and off for a while, but it now seems that the two have a solid relationship.

At one time, Cyrus was an admitted Twitter addict and left the social networking site for a while. However, she rejoined the site, but keeps her tweeting to a minimum.

How will Cyrus celebrate her nineteenth birthday? She has not yet said, but it is nice to see her treating herself to a little gift!
