Miley Cyrus showed off her new haircut and her chic edgy style yesterday (23rd August), while out and about in New York City with a couple of friends.
They enjoyed an afternoon by shopping in the Big Apple, before being seen hailing a cab. Miley wore a simple but cute outfit – a black top, shorts, Dr Martens boots – completing the look with a fun chunky necklace and a camouflage jacket.
