Miley makes her debut on the cover of Elle UK for the June 2013 issue – and she does it beautifully. She stuns on the cover in a cotton and silk jacket by Lanvin open to the stomach, her neck adorned with a Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane gold vermeil pendant.

Miley Ray Cyrus is a 20 year old teen sensation, who was born on the 23rd November, 1992 in Nashville, Tennessee.
