Miley was spotted out and about in Los Angeles earlier today (4th April), getting a little excercise by walking Floyd. Miley covered her face as she walked past the paps, after which she was seen talking to a police officer outside with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. I hope they weren’t being rude to her! Sometimes they can go too far. Miley looks beautiful and Floyd is so cute!
