Miley’s Notion Magazine issue goes on sale tomorrow (31st August), and new outtakes from the photoshoot shot by Damien Fry have been released.
In the photoshoot Miley can be seen in a mesh dress, skintight white PVC trousers and a matching crop top with the word ‘business’ repeatedly scrawled across it.

Miley Ray Cyrus is a 20 year old teen sensation, who was born on the 23rd November, 1992 in Nashville, Tennessee.
