However, there was one celebrity who I thought took her outfit and made it her own. Miley Cyrus looked cute and casual in a white tank and black mini which I think is totally appropriate for someone her age and I think that by adding the necklaces and bracelets she gave it an edge that was so totally Miley. I know that she has been getting a lot of attention, lately for her performance at the awards, but I think that with this outfit she went with what she felt comfortable in and it definitely worked for her.
