Yesterday (March 19th), Miley was seen grabbing lunch with her friends Cheyne and Jen in Studio City. I’m in love with her outfit! Sadly the paparazzi put Miley in a bad mood: “Just tried to take a walk around my neighborhood but couldn’t because of the low life paparazzi. Instantly put me in a bad mood”.
