Miley Cyrus told KIIS FM Phoenix that she is ready for her ‘breakout moment’: ‘[I hope] for the first time people will take me seriously. [If not], I’m ready for the ups and downs. I’m so excited, no-one can take that away from me.

Just saw her new video.. Im 17 also and extremely disappointed. She seemed like a nice person, now its like shes trying toooo hard. And its very obvious. Sorry Miley! but its horrible….
The way to make it big is go away for a few years. Trying to do something new right after Hannah Montana will not work . You will always be associated with it but staying out of the tabloids for a few years would probably help your career and get pople to stop thinking about you as a little kid.
i used to look up to her. she was to real. but not she's as superficial as the girl next door. i saw her latest movie. her acting was atrocious and painful. no can take her seriously as an actor after hannah montana.
