Making the most of her time in the UK, Miley Cyrus was spotted doing some shopping on Grafton Street in Dublin, Ireland earlier today (December 17). The “Party in the USA” songstress was joined by a few friends as she spent up some of her hard-earned dough, presumably on Christmas gifts. And it looks like Miley is back in the center of controversy again, this time for teaching her 9-year-old sister Noah a racy dance to the Akon hit “Smack That” on a video that surfaced on the internet. Additionally, just a few months ago Noah was spotted wearing a dominatrix Halloween costume, thrusting the Cyrus family into question.  One blog stated, “Obviously, these costumes are going to cause a stir, and the Cyrus family knows the Internet really can be a mean place—just look at all the scrutiny Miley deals with on an almost daily basis.
